You can choose between a calligraphy-style or bold font. The engraving is limited to 10 characters in a single line, with a maximum area of 10 x 4 cm, though the actual size may vary depending on the toy's surface. The maximum letter height is 4 cm.

How long does delivery take for personalized toys?

Personalised toys require additional craftsmanship. Please allow 4 extra days for engraving before shipping.

Can I return a personalised toy?

Since each customized toy is made uniquely for you, personalised products are non-returnable.

How do I request customisation?

Simply add the customisation option along with an eligible toy and provide your text and font choice in the checkout notes.

Can all wooden toys be personalised?

No, only toys with the customisation option available on the product page can be personalised. All eligible products are listed below in this page.

Can I customise multiple items in a gift box?

For gift boxes with multiple items, customisation is limited to one item only. We do not offer customisation on teethers, but you can choose gift items with rattles or bowls for personalisation.
